Hamptons Style Renovation

A full interior and exterior renovation of an existing Stockton home, reworked in a coastal Hamptons style. Jon took the house back to what was worth keeping, then rebuilt through cladding, roofing, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and the outdoor area. Every trade coordinated across the programme.

The kitchen anchors the home: white shaker cabinetry, a waterfall island, and a herringbone splashback, with bifolds opening onto a covered deck and built-in BBQ. The main bathroom pairs a stone feature wall with a floating timber vanity and an arched mirror. A restrained take on the style that doesn't tip into pastiche.

Outside: weatherboard cladding, a classic gable roof, a timber slat fence, and a planted forecourt. Street presence that reads as permanent.
