I've been building homes since 2014. I started out in Newcastle, working on custom renovations and new residential builds across the Hunter, where every site asked a different question and every client wanted a straight answer. That's where I learned how to give one.
I moved up to Port Macquarie with my family a few years back, and relaunched Henderson Homes around the work I'm best at: custom residential building on the Mid North Coast, with a deliberate cap on volume so the standard stays where it should.

How we work
Select jobs, full attention
Limiting the projects we take on means your build gets our full attention. No project manager relaying messages from a supervisor relaying messages from us. There's just us, on your site, making the calls. If something's wrong, you tell us. If something needs sorting, we sort it.
Sloping Block Specialist
We've built a reputation for difficult sites. Cut and fill, retaining, split-level sequencing. The work that puts off builders who'd rather pour a slab on flat ground. Some of the best blocks on this coast are the awkward ones, and they tend to make the best homes.
Complex Jobs Welcome
Coastal weather, BAL-rated land, sites with real constraints. Builds where the small calls early on are what stop the big problems later. Those are the projects we want.

The wider team around the build
Henderson Homes is deliberately small. That doesn't mean you're left to coordinate everything yourself. I work with a tight network of local people I trust, across drafting, interior selections, engineering, and the specialist trades. You meet them when you need to. The rest of the time, the project moves as one job because I'm the one running it.
